"She is very thoughtful towards you and will do anything that is not even in her contract to please you. Since I have had Taqwa support me after losing my wife, my life has changed in many ways for the good. I don't think I could have found anyone better""

What our clients say

"Taqwa and the team at ‘In Friendship’ looked after my Mum for nearly three years, starting with occasional visits and as my Mum’s dementia progressed, moving to twice daily visits, and of course trips out to help with grocery shopping and visits to Costa for hot chocolate and cake! During this time, all the ladies were wonderful, caring, kind and helped my Mum stay in her home, safe and happy for the maximum amount time. The In Friendship Team were always professional taking time with my Mum to support with personal care, preparing meals and keeping Mum mentally alert through companionship, taking a genuine interest in Mum and her wellbeing. They also provided valuable updates directly back to us after each visit. I can’t speak highly enough of the team and want to thank them for all their help and support."

Setting the foundation for friendship

Minimum of two hour home care visit

Our home care visits are never rushed, in fact, we dedicate a minimum of two hours to each client so that every interaction feels authentic, natural and complete.

We take the time to get to know our clients

Through our "Meet & Greet" service, we take the time to get to know our clients and family before care begins, ensuring a perfect match between you and your carer.

Maintained dignity

Our staff don't wear uniforms, helping our clients to feel comfortable at community events, simply accompanied by a trusted friend.

Careful recruitment

Our Care & Support Workers are recruited on personality and values, not just skillsets.

We ensure they have a minimum of 2 years of professional experience and an up to date enhanced DBS check.

Regular updates

We believe in keeping families engaged and informed, which is why we offer a digital care portal that gives access to detailed care plans, assessments, visit notes, and observations.

We build lasting friendships with our clients

From the outset, we encourage our clients to choose who cares for them, laying the foundations of trust, dignity and respect that you’d expect from family. In fact, our clients often describe us as an extension of their family. We ensure clients feel that their time with their In Friendship carer is valuable and feels like a visit from a friend, not just a service provider.
